This Child Safety & CSAE Policy applies to all BirdyChat users, content, and activity.
We use human moderation to identify potential CSAE. Any report or detection of CSAE triggers immediate review and action. Confirmed cases are reported to competent law enforcement or child protection authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
Users can report suspected CSAE or other safety concerns:
Directly within the BirdyChat app via the in-app reporting feature.
By email to our dedicated safety contact: safety@birdy.chat
All reports are treated as urgent and confidential.
BirdyChat complies with all relevant child safety laws in the regions where we operate.
Where required, we will report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate national authority (e.g. hotlines, law enforcement agencies, or designated reporting centers).
We cooperate with law enforcement investigations to protect children and prosecute offenders.
6. Transparency and Accountability
We regularly review and update this policy to remain aligned with international best practices.
We may publish transparency information summarizing how we enforce our CSAE standards.
